INTERACTION & MODERATION POLICY

This Moderation Policy explains the rules governing the use of Vemo’s digital communication tools, including chat and calling features (collectively referred to as the “Interaction Features”) available on the Vemo application (“App”).

These rules apply to all interactions conducted through the Interaction Features. For the premium features, payments will only apply to optional platform functionality and not to payments for interaction time or personal services.

Access to the Interaction Features is conditional upon compliance with this Policy. Any violation may lead to immediate restriction or termination of access, and may result in forfeiture of paid amounts where fraud or serious violations are confirmed, subject to applicable law.

PLATFORM ROLE - Vemo provides only digital communication tools. Vemo does not provide companionship services, escort services, or paid personal interaction services. Any payments will be only for optional platform features.


1. LIMITED MONITORING OF INTERACTIONS

Interactions conducted through Vemo’s features are private in nature. Users acknowledge that interactions are not actively monitored in real time; however, Vemo may use automated systems, AI tools, and user reports to detect fraud, harassment, nudity, illegal activity, or policy violations, and that communicating with unknown individuals carries inherent risks.

For safety and compliance purposes, Vemo may occasionally use automated or AI-based systems to detect policy violations. Any interaction found to be in breach of Vemo’s policies may be terminated immediately without refund or compensation.

Vemo does not conduct background verification of users or participants. Users are strongly advised to review and follow the Terms of Use, Community Standards, and Privacy Policy at all times.


2. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

Vemo does not control or endorse the conduct of users or participants during interactions. Any actions or statements made by users or participants are their sole responsibility and do not represent Vemo or its affiliates, directors, employees, officers, or partners.

Vemo reserves the right to suspend or permanently disable access to the App for violations of this Policy, other platform policies, or applicable laws.

ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS - Depending on severity, Vemo may issue warnings, restrict features, suspend accounts, permanently terminate access, or report violations to authorities.


3. LEGAL ELIGIBILITY AND COMPLIANCE

By using the Interaction Features, users confirm that they are legally eligible and authorized to access the App. Users agree not to infringe upon the privacy, intellectual property, or legal rights of any individual or entity during interactions.

Users must represent themselves honestly. Fake profiles or impersonation may result in suspension.

CHILD SAFETY - Interaction Features are strictly limited to users aged 18+. Any attempt to contact minors will result in immediate termination and possible reporting to authorities.


4. CIVILITY AND RESPECTFUL CONDUCT

All communications on Vemo must remain respectful and appropriate. Abusive behaviour, unlawful conduct, offensive language, or content that invades another person’s privacy is strictly prohibited.

4.1 FINANCIAL SAFETY

Users must not request money, cryptocurrency, gifts, or financial assistance from other users. Vemo does not support payments between users.


5. HARASSMENT AND STALKING

Harassment, intimidation, or stalking—whether online or offline—is not permitted. Users engaging in such conduct may face immediate account action and, where necessary, legal proceedings. For detailed behavioural expectations, users should refer to the Community Standards.


6. RESTRICTION ON RECORDING OR SHARING

Users are strictly prohibited from recording, transcribing, capturing screenshots, distributing, or reproducing any part of interactions conducted through Vemo’s Interaction Features.

Vemo operates as an intermediary platform and does not actively monitor interactions in real time.


7. ZERO-TOLERANCE FOR NUDITY

Vemo enforces a strict no-nudity policy. Any interaction involving identifiable nudity or sexually inappropriate content will be terminated instantly without refund or compensation.

Vemo may use AI-based detection tools to identify such violations and take immediate action. Any interaction involving sexual services or transactional sexual arrangements is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination.


8. REPORTING VIOLATIONS

9. POLICY UPDATES

Vemo reserves the right to modify or update this Moderation Policy at any time at its sole discretion. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
