If future subscription services are introduced and activation is delayed due to technical issues, Vemo may provide appropriate credit or refund depending on the circumstances.

Users acknowledge that images or display visuals of products or services shown on the App are for illustrative purposes only. Actual delivery may vary, and no refund shall be provided on the basis of visual differences alone.

Refunds for digital services are generally not provided once access is granted, except in cases of duplicate payment, technical failure, unauthorized transactions, or where required by law or payment partner policies.

Any approved refund shall be processed after deducting applicable charges, including but not limited to:

  • Payment gateway or bank transaction fees
  • Applicable payment gateway processing charges (where applicable)
  • Applicable taxes under Indian law
  • Any operational or processing costs incurred by Vemo

Users acknowledge that access to digital services, subscriptions, or in-app features may commence immediately upon successful payment, and once such access has begun, the service shall be deemed consumed.

NATURE OF SERVICES

PLATFORM PAYMENT PURPOSE - All payments on Vemo are payments to the platform for optional digital features. Vemo does not process payments between users and does not facilitate payments for meetings, companionship, or offline services.

VIRTUAL CREDITS AND IN-APP BALANCES

Any virtual credits, coins, tokens, or in-app balances purchased on the Vemo App:

• have no cash value

• are non-transferable

• cannot be exchanged for real currency

• are non-refundable once credited to the user account

Unused balances do not entitle the user to a refund, except where required by applicable law.

PAYMENT FAILURE OR MULTIPLE DEBIT CASES

If a payment page linked to the Vemo App experiences issues such as timeouts, slow response, or failure, users are advised to first verify whether the payment amount has been debited from their bank account before attempting another transaction.

  • If the amount has been debited, users should avoid making another payment and immediately contact Vemo customer support for confirmation.
  • If the amount has not been debited, users may safely proceed with a new transaction.

In cases where multiple payments are mistakenly made for the same order, the excess amount shall be refunded in full without deduction, and Vemo shall retain payment for only one valid order.

PAYMENT DISPUTES - If a user believes a transaction occurred in error, they must contact Vemo support within 7 days. Vemo will review transaction records and provide clarification or resolution where appropriate.

Users agree to contact Vemo before initiating chargebacks to allow resolution.

MISUSE, ABUSE, AND POLICY VIOLATIONS

Vemo reserves the right to deny refunds or cancel services without compensation where payment or services are found to be associated with misuse, abuse, fraud, chargebacks, policy violations, or suspicious activity.

In such cases, any remaining balances or access may be forfeited at Vemo’s discretion.

Vemo monitors transactions for fraud, payment abuse, and suspicious activity to protect users and payment partners.

ORDER CANCELLATION BY Vemo

Vemo reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject or cancel any order at any time. Reasons for cancellation may include, but are not limited to, service unavailability, pricing errors, technical issues, or other operational concerns.
